With a menu drawn from the street markets of Southeast Asia and a team dedicated to seamless service, hosting at Mama San is about creating an evening that lingers long after the last plate.
Taking the whole venue
IDR 50,000,000++ for lunch. IDR 200,000,000++ for dinner. Recommended for parties of more than 30 guests. Smaller groups are looked after through Group Dining.

You can have the group set menu, or request a custom set menu. Custom menus must be requested at least two weeks before the event, and dietary requirements can be discussed before the menu is confirmed.

Terms and conditions
Booking and payment
- A 50% deposit is required one month before the event to confirm the booking.
- The menu must be chosen two weeks before the date.
- Prices are subject to change. Bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the client.
- An invoice is issued for transparency and payment tracking.
Guest numbers
- Maximum 100 guests. The final headcount must be confirmed at least 15 days before the event.
- Any increase beyond the confirmed number is charged accordingly.
Children
- Under 6: complimentary.
- 6 to 11: 50% of the adult rate.
- 12 to 17: full adult rate, excluding the alcohol package.
- All guests under 17 are charged IDR 150,000 per head for free-flow non-alcoholic drinks.
- A children’s menu must be confirmed at least one week in advance.
Timing
- The event begins at the agreed time.
- Overtime beyond the arranged schedule is charged hourly.
Food and drink
- The beverage package includes a welcome drink, up to five cocktails, a selection of red and white wines, and sparkling wine.
- No full bottles of spirits on tables. Shots are not included unless arranged in advance.
- BYO is not permitted when taking our beverage package.
Cancellation
- More than 30 days before the event: full refund, excluding transfer fees.
- 15 to 30 days before: 50% charge.
- Fewer than 14 days before: 100% charge.
