Mama San Gift Vouchers
Give the gift of a great night out at Mama San Bali. Whether it is a special occasion or just because, our gift vouchers are an easy way to share good food, good drinks and good company.
How it works
- Fill in the form. Tell us who it is for and the amount you would like to gift.
- Wait for your payment link. We email you a secure link shortly after we receive your request. Payments are handled by DOKU, and any processing fee they apply is added to the amount you pay.
- Receive your voucher. Once payment is confirmed, your personalised voucher arrives in your inbox.
Vouchers are available in IDR 500,000, IDR 1,000,000, IDR 1,500,000 and IDR 2,000,000, or any amount you choose. They are valid for 12 months and redeemable for dine-in at our Seminyak restaurant.

Terms and conditions
This voucher entitles the bearer to a dining experience at Mama San Bali, as stated on the front of the voucher. Please read the following before use.
Validity
- Valid for 12 months from the date of issue, unless a different expiry date is printed on the voucher.
- Single use only. Any remaining value after redemption is forfeited.
Redemption and booking
- Redeemable for dine-in only at Mama San Bali.
- Advance booking is required. Reserve through mamasanbali.com or our official reservation contacts.
- The original voucher must be presented before or at the time of billing.
- Vouchers are not transferable between restaurants.
Payment
- Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, or extended beyond the expiry date.
- If the bill exceeds the voucher value, the difference is payable by cash, debit or credit card.
- Vouchers cannot be used to buy further vouchers.
Lost or stolen vouchers
- Vouchers are the responsibility of the holder and will not be reissued or replaced if lost, stolen or damaged.
- If you suspect unauthorised use, contact booking@mamasanbali.com immediately with proof of purchase, the voucher ID number and a valid photo ID.
Rights reserved
- We may refuse a voucher that appears damaged, copied or tampered with.
- We may cancel a voucher where we suspect fraudulent or unauthorised use.
- Vouchers remain the property of Mama San Bali until fully redeemed.
